Matteo Baldo is an International Executive with over 20 years’ experience in Asia Pacific across different industries within the premium, accessible luxury and luxury segment. Experience acquired through regional positions held in Hong Kong, Singapore and in the past 8years in Sydney.
Before founding MBC Agency M.Baldo worked for Kennedy Luxury Group based in Sydney, a privately owned retail group in Australia (partner of Rolex,Richemont Group and former partner of LVMH).
Matteo's central key experience was with the Safilo Group for almost a decade.
Safilo is a worldwide leader manufacturer and distributor of eyewear for some of the most prominent fashion Brands (e.g. Kering, LVMH).
He was based in Hong Kong for 6 years as Regional Manager responsible for the entire portfolio of sunglasses (including Gucci, Dior, Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss, among others) responsible for most Asian markets and Clients (retailers and distributors).
He was then relocated to Sydney to join the local subsidiary as Sales and Marketing Manager.
