One

handcrafted artistic pieces for over 30 years that carry the timeless quality,
its flagship store in Sydney is currently seeking for
a Store Manager. Representing the label with pride and passion, the
successful candidate will provide team leadership, achieve KPI’s and store
budget, drive brand loyalty through excellent and memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities
and Duties:
- Generate
sales to achieve targets, managing and working with team to optimise outcomes
- Ensure
consistent execution of visual merchandising standards
- Demonstrate
excellent product knowledge across all brands
- Communicate
to staff brand values, clear action plans and priorities to achieve daily and
monthly, ability to train and coach staff members
- Ensure
effective inventory management including stocktake and variance.
- Establish
and maintain customer loyalty by providing a memorable in-store experience and
customer service.
- Work
in conjunction with head office and owners in regards on operational
tasks, budgets, ad hoc basis, analyse sales reports and data
- Provide
excellent post-sale service through follow ups, requests and feedbacks
Requirements
and Experience:
- Minimum
5+ years management experience within luxury watch and jewellery or similar
environment
- Exceptional
communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to use technology as
a communication tool
- Denim
experience prefered but not mandatory
- Proven
success of staff leadership and sales experience in high conversion rate in a
low foot traffic environment
- Demonstrative
experience in retail CRM; the ability to attract and nurture client
relationships
- Collaborative,
proactive, attention to detail and responsible outlook.
