Our
Client, an international luxury jewellery brand is seeking for an
experienced and passionate Sales Associate to join their Sydney Boutique for a
6 months contract. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate
will require delivering quality and consistent service through developing
client relationships and delivering outstanding post-sale services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding
the level of service and attention to detail that is required working with a
luxury brand and innately understanding etiquette and the lifestyle of the
brands clients
- Achieving
and exceeding personal KPI’s by identifying customer needs and nurturing long term
client relationships
- Delivering
post-sale client follow ups, enquiries and concerns to establish and maintain
client relationships
- Working
closely with a team to manage day to day operations of the boutique
- Maintaining
stock control through consolidation and stock take
- Executes
sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
Requirements
and Capabilities:
- At
least 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in
similar capacity
- Deep
understanding of the importance of nurturing clients and ensuring each client
is delighted. The successful candidate must identify opportunities for growth
of the brand with existing and new clients
- Proven
record of strong time management and ability to multi-task
- Ability
to commit on 38 hours a week including weekends
